At their core both Pilates and Rossiter Stretching correct imbalances and relieve pain caused by poor posture, repetitive movement or injury. Pilates does this through a series of exercises whilst Rossiter does this through specific stretching techniques.

They can work beautifully together or in isolation.

I firmly believe that by correcting an imbalance or reducing a restriction, pain can be reduced and movement restored without surgery or injections.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact stretching and strengthening movements. Pilates emphasizes proper alignment, balances muscular forces and increases flexibility and range of motion. ​

There is more to Pilates than just the matwork groups many people associate with it. There are many pieces of equipment that can be used,  however the most well known is the Pilates Reformer. All classes are private, 1:1 unless requested.

Rossiter Stretching Technique (RST) is a series of powerful assisted stretching techniques for addressing pain and restrictions from repetitive movement or injury.

It works on the principle that tight connective tissue is the source of stress, immobility, and pain in the body to offer a unique pain relief alternative.
